About Jean and Wow! Walls in Merrifield, MN

I first started my business over 25 years ago by creating the 'wallpaper look' with paint. I used rubber rollers with raised designs that also worked well with dimensional texture finishes. When decorative painting became popular, the patent-pending tool I developed enabled me to create unique paint finishes that had a timeless quality compared to any other methods. I developed the tool to market it but soon realized I loved using it more than selling it. It was thrilling for me to create a 'feeling' in a room that clients loved and appreciated. I was thoroughly enjoying my clients and work - when people started calling me an artist!

 

As an artist, I'm always looking for an opportunity to translate artistic design to walls.

 

I specialize in customizable looks and styles such as modern, eclectic, industrial, upscale, rustic - and hybrids or combinations of different styles. I developed my business in the Brainerd, MN lake region, but I also work in Bend, OR.
